Terms of Service

Welcome to Cora's Petlife. By using our store and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms.

Our Store

Cora's Petlife is an online retailer of pet supplies. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

Products & Pricing

We work hard to display products, colors, and descriptions as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee your screen shows them perfectly. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors, or in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailable stock. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of purchase. Your payment information is processed securely by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

Shipping & Risk of Loss

Delivery estimates are provided in our Shipping Policy and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier delivery to the address you provided.

Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available on this site.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our store for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to access data that does not belong to you.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site - including text, images, logos, and the Cora's Petlife name - belongs to us and may not be used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cora's Petlife is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our store or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
