Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States. Orders are carefully packed and shipped directly from our fulfillment center in China.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Standard shipping: $4.99 flat rate, estimated 7-15 business days
- Free shipping: on all orders over $49
Delivery estimates start from the ship date, not the order date, and are not guaranteed. International transit can occasionally be delayed by customs or carrier backlogs - if your tracking stalls, contact us and we will chase it down for you.
Order Tracking
Every order includes end-to-end tracking, sent to your email when the package ships. Please allow 3-5 days for the first tracking scan to appear while the package enters the international network.
Customs & Duties
Most US orders arrive without any customs charges. In the rare case that customs fees apply, they are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or Stuck Packages
If your tracking has not updated for 10+ days, or shows "delivered" but you did not receive the package, contact us at hello@coraspetlife.com and we will investigate and make it right - reshipment or full refund.
Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will do our best to update it before your order ships.
