Where do orders ship from?

Orders are packed with care and shipped directly from our fulfillment center in China, with end-to-end tracking on every package.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 1-3 business days, then standard shipping takes an estimated 7-15 business days to the US. Shipping is $4.99 flat, and free on orders over $49.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow 3-5 days for the first scan to appear while your package enters the international network.

What is your return policy?

30-day returns on unused items in original packaging. Damaged or defective items are replaced or refunded in full - just send us a photo within 7 days of delivery, no return needed. See our Refund Policy for details.

Are your products safe for my pet?

Every product in our store is tested by Cora, our resident Bichon Frise, before we list it. That said, always supervise your pet with new toys, and check the size guidance on each product page.

How do I choose the right size?

Each apparel and gear product page lists a measurement guide in inches/cm and a weight range. When between sizes, size up for comfort - especially for sweaters, harnesses and raincoats. Still unsure? Email us your pet's measurements at hello@coraspetlife.com and we'll recommend a size.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Discover, and UnionPay credit and debit cards at checkout. All payments are processed securely - we never store your card details.
